TMT Home Remodeling has been in the Bend Oregon area since 1992, helping our clients get the most out of their investments, specializing in additions, remodels, kitchens, baths and decks. TMT owner, Mike Davis, is the 2010 president of the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA). Davis began his career as a sub-contractor and decided the time was right to grow his own business when his two sons finished school. He chose remodeling over new construction because he enjoys the challenge. “With a remodel, you’re never quite sure what the guys before you did until you open it up,” said Davis. For example, he once found a fire hazard when he removed speaker wire in a home’s electrical system. Apparently, the previous contractor used it as a substitute for a proper electrical wire.

In addition to running his own Redmond-based business and teaching classes to fellow contractors, he is active on state and national levels of home builder trade associations. He has been an active member of COBA for more than six years and was the 2009 Vice President. Davis has held positions in the Oregon Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. In 2007 and 2009, Davis earned COBA's "Remodeler of the Year" award.  In 2008 he won COBA’s “Green Remodeler of the Year” award.
