We met Mike Davis of TMT Home Remodelers at the Central Oregon Home Show in October of 2005. We had already had our plans drawn up and was looking for a contractor to help us with our remodel. We spoke with many of the contractors at the show and Mike Davis made an impression on us from the first meeting. While at the show, he was willing to discuss with us our ideas and what we wanted to accomplish with the remodel. After getting a firm idea of our desires, we set up a meeting with him to start the process.
Since we own a 1926 Craftsman Bungalow, we wanted to stay in
character with the style of home with the new
construction. His excitement to create those features was
overwhelming. We knew at that time we had made the right
choice. We were set and ready to go on the remodel in early
January, however, due to the time of year, Mike set a start
date of March. This was for the reason of weather related
issues and he was concerned about having the home open to the
weather.
Mike's concern for our home and well-being, only cemented our
faith in him that much more. Once the work had begun, Mike kept
us informed as to what would be going on and when it was
scheduled. His timelines were fantastic and schedules
were met throughout the whole process. Mike added
special touches that we had not thought about and are happy
with the outcome. The remodel from start to finish
took exactly 100 days. We remained in our home through the
whole process, and Mike made sure we were
inconvenienced as little as possible. We would highly recommend
TMT Home Remodelers to anyone interested in remodeling their
home. We are very happy with the outcome and
comments we get on our home.
